The DMP BD30 is the long awaited Blu-ray Disc Player Profile 1.1 from Panasonic, this is the first model to the market offering this new specification and the wait was worth it. This model comes with an exciting array of extras that will bring that cinema experience that you have been waiting for into your living room.
Armed with a whole clutch of high definition functions including the UniPhier® PHL Reference Chroma Processor and P4HDImage processor, the DMP BD30 has a picture sharpness and clarity that is hard to be matched anywhere outside of a movie theatre. Panasonic have also added a sophisticated colour grading system, Deep Color™ provides a massive 4,096 steps of colour grade, this provides visual images that are so deep and true that it is almost as if you were in the film itself.

The audio experience provided by the Panasonic DMP BD30 is also exceptional, using the next-generation 7.1 Dolby TrueHD and Dolby Digital Plus this Blu-ray Disc player offers outstanding surround sound that is of master audio quality.

This model also features a very handy SD Memory Card Slot which accepts camera and camcorder memory cards and will playback via a slideshow function AVCHD and JPEG images, in glorious full screen whilst simultaneously playing music to enhance the viewing pleasure. The VIERA Link™ function will not only operate the playback of photo images but also allows for one remote control to operate all other compatible devices, with one button control for most options.
